Each month we publish a FREE digital magazine featuring local people and local businesses around Yeppoon and the Capricorn Coast region with a vested interest in health and wellbeing. We are passionate about all things body, mind and soul and keeping the community informed and connected.
We love sharing the stories behind the faces in our local wellbeing business community and strive each month to bring you new topics and material so that you can learn more about what is available locally.
The magazine features regular columns from local business owners sharing their knowledge and wisdom, plus we offer a FREE local business directory to all local businesses to allow everyone an equal opportunity to promote themselves alongside a FREE event directory. We invite all local businesses throughout the Central Queensland community to add their details so that we can share you with our readers!
We’re proud to feature columns each month from members in our community who live and breathe the Capricorn Coast and who are generous in sharing their wisdom and knowledge with us. Our regular columnists share with us a wide variety of topics – there is something for everyone!
Community and connection are at the heart of who we are and what we do. In conjunction with publishing a FREE monthly magazine for the Capricorn Coast Community, we’re also passionate about bringing wellbeing events to the community of Yeppoon. To date the following events are our passion projects that we are committed to bringing to you each year
- Walk for Wellbeing during QLD Mental Health Week in October (since 2022)
- International Women’s Day Event in collaboration with Coastal Kinesiology (since 2023)
